Please note you can only exchange NON SALE or CLEARANCE items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Items should be returned unused and free of hair. Exchange Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
All items returned for exchange should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
All exchange requests for RMA must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com to request your RMA number.
Sale or Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange due to close out of all available sizing.
